This new product cost me $400!!! If the spray dries it leaves a mark that will not wash out after REPEATED washing .
Assuming it was my washer (I have used this product for a for a very long time) I called a repair service. I had repair work done even though the service person told my machine was washing well but it did have worn tub support mounts. After repairs were completed I rewashed the stained clothing but the original stains remained. I happened to noticed the “10 min “comment on my new oxi spray bottle. So I googled how to remove oxi residue. I used a dot of Dawn and rubbed it on the stains and washed them AGAIN! FINALLY, the stains were gone.
Finally the moral to this story. This new product is NOT a better pretreatment stain remover it is different style of pretreatment stain remover. The Oxi mislabeling cost me a lot of money. I wonder if Oxi will reimburse me for their misrepresentation?
